The elements are in fine-grained concrete, the insert is produced in thick plate steel and has a deep combustion chamber, which reduces ash spillage. The insert has a good combustion temperature, due to the fact that the combustion chamber is well insulated in Thermotte plates.

Cleaning the glass on the Varia 2L-55h-4S is no problem. The glass can be easily opened in the traditional way, for easier cleaning of the inside.
The insert is clean-burning and tested according to the Norwegian special requirements (NS 3059).
